the guidelines set forth.
-
Useable Slip… A slip that can satisfy any given craft with a minimum amount of
hardships due to the craft’s size (length, beam, draft and method of
propulsion).
- The Arundel Plaza Community
Association Marina is built for three classes of boats.

- Members, Associate Members
and Sustaining Members, in good standing, who had a slip the previous year, at
the Arundel Plaza Community Association Marina, will receive first
consideration for the same slip or a slip in the same class before Members,
Associate Members and Sustaining Members on
a waiting list. This option must be exercised on or before April 1st
by making the full slip payment for the primary boat slip.
(A)
If a slip shortage appears, no second boat slip applications will be
accepted until all primary boat options have been exercised and filled.
(B)
If a slip is purchased and not occupied by June 1st, the
Beach Committee has the authority to reassign the slip until such time as the

to all usable slips being assigned to Members, Associate Members and
Sustaining Members, the waiting list will be generated on April 1st
of any year when full occupancy exists.

have the option to occupy the vacant slip before the open slip with be assigned
to the waiting list.

Once a slip becomes available proof of ownership will need to be
provided to the Beach Committee within sixty days or the slip will be forfeited
