Roll call was taken and those, as noted above, were in attendance. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm. Discussion of the June 2010 General Meeting resulted in no outstanding issues. President’s Report – Chip Boblitz The Traffic survey resulted in no action since the outcome was a low number traffic count through the community. The counts on Arundel Beach were higher but not enough to result in any action. Unfortunately there is not much we can do at this time. Received several complaints about neighbors being a little loud. Please be considerate to your neighbors. New Business No Election was held at the General Meeting due to the low turnout of members. A discussion was held about the possibility of holding a write in Election at the December Christmas Party. The property at 10 River Drive has gone into Foreclosure. There is no new further development for the property at 23 Woodland Drive. Treasurer Report - Gina Bollino Bank Balance - $3,838.59 Water Bill $40.00 Social Committee - Suzanne Bates-Crandall, Donna Mallozzi-Miller Flowers were sent to Nee in congratulations. The Halloween gathering was a great success and a blast for all. The Community Christmas Party is scheduled for December 18th at the Cook’s house. Santa is planning a visit to the Community on December 18th. The possibility of setting out luminaries on the 24th of December is being looked into. Terrie wanted to let all know that Bobbie is doing really well and that Millie is doing good but very lonely. Beach Chairman – Chris Bollino All is good at the beach. Looking into obtaining new bubble systems since we are down to 2 and we should have 3. We need to establish a 4-5 year plan for managing the erosion at the beach. Maybe next year we can do some planning. Meeting was adjourned at 7:24. |
