A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear New Neighbor, On Behalf of the Executive Board of Arundel Plaza Community Association I wish to welcome you to Arundel Plaza. Arundel Plaza is a small community but we feel we have much to offer. We have a beautiful waterfront area that features a Cabana with picnic tables, a playground for children, a boat ramp and a pier for boaters with boat slips for rent. Our schools are the best in Anne Arundel County. Folger McKinsey Elementary School was recently named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence for the State of Maryland as well as National recognition. Severna Park Middle and Severna Park High School also always rank at the top for Anne Arundel County Scholastic Achievement. Our little community is just seconds off Gov. Ritchie Highway (Rt. 2) where every convenience you could require is at your disposal. Within minutes you can find every kind of dining pleasure to satisfy your appetite. There is great shopping; Antiques, Crafts, Toys, Clothing. We have wonderful service companies; whatever you need Severna Park has it. We welcome you to join our association. Our yearly 2010 dues are very minimal only $100 per year. You can make your check payable to APCA and drop off at Gina Bollino at 7 River Drive or mail to: APCA, P. O.
