Members and Sustaining Members applying for membership must be fulltime residents of the home listed on application.

 Associate Members (renters) must provide a copy of the rental agreement including a list of all occupants .

 Return along with check payable to APCA to Membership Committee.  

Yearly dues $100.00

  Why be a Member “in good standing” of Arundel Plaza Community Association… 

1. To be a member “in good standing” you must join the Association and pay yearly dues of $65 dollars to be paid every January 1^st or shortly there after…Only members who remain “in good standing” will have rights to vote on issues concerning the Association…also members must remain “in good standing” in order to hold elected office or appointed positions or committees…Also only members who remain “in good standing” are entitled to usage of Arundel Plaza Community Association’s Improvements…per existing “Beach & Boat Slip Rules”…

 2.  Members who fail to pay yearly dues by the end of three months will be considered a member “Not in Good Standing”…all Association rights are forfeited until said member reestablishes themselves to a member “in good standing”…At that years end if said member has not paid their yearly dues…a written notice will sent from the Executive Committee terminating that members membership…

Membership “in good standing” can only be regained by making an application to the membership committee and paying all back dues in arrears for an from the year the membership was terminated… 

The above statements are contained within the existing By-Laws Of Arundel Plaza Community Association and are to be used in the manner for which their intent was written to assist in proper and fair management of the Association… 

Association Membership “in good standing” entitles those members to usage of the beach and common areas along with all association improvements which include..(cabana, boat loading and slip piers, access road, parking area and basketball court area) within the rules and regulations of Arundel Plaza Community Association By-Laws & Addenda… 

Community Non-Members are entitled to deeded access and usage of common beach area only….This does not include usage of Arundel Plaza Community Association Improvements listed above…
